Get with folx in our church who share a critical demographic detail in common with you. Have some dinner, and talk with each other about your connection with Galileo Church. Cohort gatherings:
are hosted by the MLT and SCT, who will guide discussion
include a catered meal
are onsite at the BRB and online via Zoom
meet just once, but could meet more often in the future, if they want that
can help the MLT and SCT (and eventually me) know how our church can be the best possible church for you

Trans Women
Onsite & Online
Join us for a transgender ladies’ night! Get together with other gals in a safe space for dinner and chat about… whatever. Life, church, transition, anything that comes up. Date and time will be sent after registration.
Parents of Young Children

Join us for a fun evening to get to know other parents with young children at Galileo. Enjoy a mid-summer break, come share a meal and build connections.
Adoptive Parents

Parents with adopted children face a unique set of challenges and joys. Many times, the parenting experience is isolating because there aren't that many of "us" around. Take heart! This adoptive parent cohort is for you!
Educators

IEP's, ARD's, 504's, TEKS, TE, SE's, LOTE,...If you know what these abbreviations are, then this is the cohort for you! The educator cohort meets on June 27, 6:30 CST at the barn and online.

Get together with your fellow neurodiverse humans for an evening of dining and discussion. Or just sit and listen, if that’s your thing. Whatever works best for you! It’s all about being around folks who “get it”, so we’d love to have you in any way you can participate.
